Central Mississippi Down Syndrome Society's Art Show & Silent Auction

​Happy Wednesday y’all! For today’s blog, I wanted to share with everyone about an amazing event that will be taking place right here in Ridgeland at Events! At Renaissance at Colony Park!
 
The Central Mississippi Down Syndrome Society will be hosting their Art Show and Silent Auction Fundraising Event on Thursday, March 28th. The event will begin at 6:00 and end at 9:00 with the silent auction taking place from 6:00-8:00 that night. The silent auction will display all the beautiful artwork created by the Buddies from the Central Mississippi Down Syndrome Society from the past year.
 
This event is such a wonderful opportunity for the Central Mississippi Down Syndrome Society’s self-advocates to work on social skills by serving as greeters, discussing their art pieces, and assisting with the event’s needs. The CMDSS does outstanding work by providing education, support, and advocacy for individuals with Down Syndrome along with their families, so it is important to attend their Art Show and Silent Auction to celebrate all of the amazing things that the CMDSS does!
 
Tickets are now on sale and can be purchased by using the link in their Instagram bio. Tickets are limited and are selling fast so make sure to purchase your own before it is too late. Each ticket costs $25 and includes entry to the event, light hors d’oeuvres catered by Bless This Food along with wine, tea, and lemonade.
