Like a lot of you, my daily is filled with meetings, appointments, and lots of doing for others. However, I kept postponing plans for ME! I was not doing any exercise, getting a mammogram, scheduling dental appointments, and Lord help me if I tried to fine time to get a message or a facial. Do I have your attention?
