Have you set your decorative pumpkins out yet? We think there’s one more you need to add to your Autumn display and the best part is that you and your little ones get to add your own personal flair to it! This Sunday, our friends at Green Oak, Brown Bottling Co, Broad Street Baking Co., and Gifts by KPEP are hosting a “Mommy and Me Pumpkin and Floral Workshop” where you and your kiddos get to make some fabulous, Fall-themed arrangements all while supporting Make-A-Wish. We know you probably have a few questions, so read on for a little Q&A on this weekend’s event!
| Q: When and where is this event? A: The Green Oak Mommy and Me Workshop is taking place this Sunday, October 11th at 3:30pm at Green Oak in Ridgeland. Q: How much is registration and what’s included? A: Registration is just $72 for you and one child. With each sign-up, you get 2 pumpkins, florals, a pumpkin cookie and muffin (courtesy of our friends at Broad Street Cafe, beverages from Brown Bottling Co., and a personal lesson on fall arrangements |  |
 | Q: What if I have multiple kids? A: There are individual kits available for $25 that you can add on to your initial registration. Q: Did you mention something about Make-A-Wish? A: We sure did! A portion of each kit purchased will go toward sweet Saylors, a 4-year-old whose wish is to visit Disney World with her family (we’re not crying, you are)! |
| Q: Is it COVID safe? A: Keeping you and your little ones safe is top priority! There will be a limited number of spots in the class to ensure social distancing will be maintained. Each workspace will be safe, sanitized, and ready for y’all to have fun! Q: What if spots run out or I’m not ready to attend an event? A: We still have you covered! Should we run out of spots, or maybe you’re not quite ready to attend an in-person event, the class will also be offered online. All you have to do is register, then swing by Green Oak to pick up your decorating kits any time before the event. |  |
