The Sanderson Farms Championship just capped off it's 52nd year as a professional golf tournament on the PGA tour. How incredible?! Every year, it's played in Mississippi. This year, it was held at The Country Club of Jackson. After an exciting 18th hole, Sebastian Munoz claimed this year's champion.
One of the most amazing things about this tournament is the fact that since it began in 1968, it's raised over $8.1 million dollars for statewide charities. One of the main charities being Friends of Children's Hospital. If you watched any of their Instagram stories this year, you even saw that the wives of players visited Children's of Mississippi hospital and had a party with the kiddos.
