     The Opera House 1853 on the historic Canton Square was the perfect setting for this beautiful rehearsal dinner honoring Mary Ashley and Rob. Kathy, Rob's mother, wanted to incorporate the couple's love for the outdoors into the overall look and feel of the event. Taking inspiration from the beauty of nature, impressive floral arrangements worked to further establish the theme. Bright blue linens contrasted wonderfully against the warmth of the floral centerpieces and tall candelabras added dimension to the space. Elizabeth Heiskell crafted the perfect menu that represented the couple and complemented the decor beautifully.

The Sanderson Farms Championship just capped off it's 52nd year as a professional golf tournament on the PGA tour. How incredible?! Every year, it's played in Mississippi. This year, it was held at The Country Club of Jackson. After an exciting 18th hole, Sebastian Munoz claimed this year's champion.
One of the most amazing things about this tournament is the fact that since it began in 1968, it's raised over $8.1 million dollars for statewide charities. One of the main charities being Friends of Children's Hospital. If you watched any of their Instagram stories this year, you even saw that the wives of players visited Children's of Mississippi hospital and had a party with the kiddos. Of course this is not possible without the help of incredible sponsors including Sanderson Farms as the title sponsor and official sponsors, Pepsi Zero and Michelob Ultra. Bride, Amanda Milner Carraway, got married on Cinco de Mayo. Her wedding date inspired a few elements of her celebration including her fabulous Bachelorette dinner at Sombra Mexican Kitchen in Ridgeland, Mississippi. The bride's closest friends all gathered together to celebrate Amanda's upcoming marriage. Vivid colors, fresh florals, and delicious food created a fun atmosphere perfect for making this girl's night out extra special. Guests were served specialty cocktails alongside chef chosen starters. This memorable night out was the perfect alternative to a traditional bachelorette party getaway.
